37.5 square miles

Although it’s the third largest of the inhabited islands, Providenciales has the largest population, with nearly 24,000 residents. It is the main attraction of the Turks and Caicos Islands and for most, the main entry point as the country’s largest international airport is located here.

With one of the world’s best beaches (according to Trip Advisor) along the northern coastline, Providenciales’ tourism industry has seen steady growth over the years and shows no signs of slowing down. The residential market is also growing strong as more and more visitors are purchasing vacation and retirement homes, as well as rental properties.
